Does Freelancer-Projects Display Different Currencies?

Freelancer-Projects displays different currencies depending on your location. It's important to note that the site only displays local currencies for your reference, orders are created and paid for in US dollars (USD). The local currency display is not available in custom orders or buyer requests - these sections remain in US dollars.

Note: If you are viewing Freelancer-Projects in your local currency and want to view your balance in US dollars, place your mouse over your balance amount next to your username.

How does it work?

If you are visiting Freelancer-Projects from France, Germany or The Netherlands, you will see prices in Euros (EUR). If you are visiting from the United Kingdom, you will see the prices in British Pounds (GBP). If you are visiting from Canada, you will see prices in Canadian dollars (CAD). Finally, if you are visiting from Australia, you will see the prices in Australian dollars (AUD).
