File Upload/Delivery Upload (Work Samples)

Uploading files can sometimes fail for various reasons.

- When you're delivering an order and want to provide a work sample for your image or video, use the default uploader. The old uploader cannot produce a work sample.

- Wait until the work sample is created after successfully uploading the file - It may take a few minutes depending on the size of the file.

- Work samples cannot be created from files within a ZIP files. Only Image and Video files.

- Simplify your filename. If you have multiple dots in the file name (example: this_is_my_file.html.zip), you will receive an error message. A simple file name will resolve the issue (example: this_is_my_file.zip)
